Hello Rick,
How sweet it was last weekend to watch the rain coming down but without any drip, drip, drip inside the screened porch. Nor were there any wet marks on the stucco of the breezeway. The new roof has certainly put an end to those problems. I had a good look at the chimney and Howie really snugged the flashing up against the brickwork and topped it off with a generous bead of caulking. One more leak that I’ll be able to forget about. The team did an excellent job of cleaning up before they left.
